After a student has requested accommodations for a specific class and the Faculty Notification letter has been sent to the instructor the student should meet with the instructor to discuss their needs. During this meeting students who need exam accommodations should determine if the instructor will be able to administer exams with the approved accommodations or if they prefer to utilize the Disability Resources Testing Center (DRTC) for exam administration.
If the instructor chooses to use the DRTC, the instructor will need to complete a Testing Agreement in the AIM Instructor Portal. Then the student should follow the process below to schedule their exams with the Testing Center in the AIM Student Portal.
- Log into AIM Student Portal with your NetID and password. This will land you on your AIM Student Portal Dashboard.
- On the left side menu under My Accommodations, select Accessible Testing.
