Quick Registration Opens for the Summer 2017 semester

Students who have been affiliated with Disability Services and meet the requirements, can complete the online Quick Registration form to renew their affiliation and request instructor letters for the upcoming academic semester.


To be eligible for Quick Registration, a student must meet ALL of the following requirements:

  1. The student must have been registered with Disability Services for at least two semesters, including last semester.
  2. The student must request the same accommodations as they did last semester.

 

Currently affiliated students that do not meet these requirements should schedule an appointment with their assigned Access Coordinator to complete the registration process. 

New students (and students not yet affiliated) should contact Disability Services for more information about documentation requirements and review process.
