Map Quadrant: F-5

Accessible Parking: The nearest accessible parking is located in PA 44. There are (5) accessible spaces located in the NE corner of the lot. Curb cuts are located to the right of the space.

Exterior Signage: There are no signs indicating the route to the nearest accessible entrance. Also, the signage at the accessible entrance does not display the International Symbol of Accessibility.

Curb Cuts: There are (3) curb cuts located near this building. (1) On the North side of the building and the East side of the parking lot, the curb ramp is not located or protected to prevent obstruction by parked vehicles. The ramp and its sides are steep. Also, the ramp projects into vehicular traffic lanes and is not stable, firm and slip-resistant. (2) In PA 44, the North ramp on the sidewalk parallel to Houston St., the curb ramp is not located or protected to prevent obstruction by parked vehicles and is not located at a marked crossing. (3) In PA 44, the South ramp on the sidewalk parallel to Houston St., the same applies.

Ramps: There is a ramp at the east entrance to the building. No architectural barriers were identified.

Exterior Entrances: There are (3) entrances to this building, however only (1) is accessible. (1) At the Basement level, on the East side, the door closes faster than 3 seconds. Also, the height of the operating hardware exceeds 48 inches.

Interior Signage: Letters and numerals are not raised above the surface and no Braille is provided. Mounting height is not ADA accessible. Also, they are not mounted on the latch side of the door.

Restrooms: The restrooms on the basement level are designated ADA accessible. There are also restrooms on the second floor of this building, however they are not designated accessible.

Fountains: There are fountains in this building, however they are not accessible to those who use wheelchairs or to those with difficulty bending or stooping.

Elevators: There are elevators in this building however, the emergency communication system requires voice transmission.
