Ramps: There are (2) ramps located around this building. (1) On the East side of the building, the sidewalk running down to Lewis Blvd., the ramp is steep and without level landings at the top and the bottom. Also, handrails are not provided continuously on both sides of the ramp.
Exterior Entrances: There are (2) entrances to this building. (1) At the North entrance to the Band Room, the door closure time is faster than the 3 second minimum. (2) At the South entrance to the Military Properties Warehouse, the same applies.
Interior Signage: Letters and numerals are not raised above the surface and no Braille is provided. Mounting height is not ADA accessible. The signs are not mounted on the latch side of the door and the height of the characters is not within 5/8 - 2 inches as required.
Restrooms: There are restrooms on the first floor, however only some conditions here are acceptable by ADA standards.
Fountains: There are fountains on the first floor, however they are not accessible to those individuals who use wheelchairs or to those who have trouble bending or stooping.
