Ramps: There are (3) ramp locations leading to this building. (1) On the North side of the building, the intermediate landings are short and the height of the handrail is not within 34 in. and 38 in. (2) On the West side of the building, the ramp does not have any edge protection at the drop-off. Also, handrails are not provided continuously on both sides. (3) On the East side of the building, the same applies.
Exterior Entrances: There are (7) entrances to this building, but only (2) are accessible. (1) On the East side of the West wing of the building, the door hardware requires tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist to operate. Also, the door closure time is less than 3 seconds. (2) On the West side of the East wing of the building, the same applies.
