Accessible Parking: The nearest accessible parking is at the SW corner of the building at Houston St. There are (3) spaces there with curb ramps at the right of each space.

Exterior Signage: There is signage indicating the route to the nearest accessible entrance. There is also signage designating accessible parking.

Curb Cuts: There are (4) curb cuts located near the accessible parking area at the SW corner of the building.

Ramps: There are no ramps provided for entering this building.

Exterior Entrances: There are (3) different entrances to this building. (1) At the North entrance, there is a set of two swinging doors with a revolving door between them. However, this entrance is not on an exterior accessible route. (2) At the South entrance, there, also, is a set of two swinging doors with a revolving door between them. This is an accessible entrance. (3) At the service entrance, on the basement level, the entrance is not on an exterior accessible route.

Interior Signage: Letters and numerals are not raised above the surface and no Braille is provided. Mounting height is not ADA accessible.

Restrooms: There are restrooms on the first and second floors, however, only some conditions here are acceptable by ADA standards.

Fountains: There are designated accessible fountains on the first and second floors, however there are none for those with difficulty bending or stooping.

Elevators: There are (2) elevators in this building. Braille is not provided on both sides of the jamb, nor are the floor designations. The communication system is not designated by a raised symbol or lettering, and requires voice transmission.
