TRACKER Online - A Web Application for Students with Disabilities

TRACKER Online is a web application designed for students who use Disability Services.

Students who are new to Disability Services will be able to use Tracker Online to:

  • View their documentation review status (date documentation was received & scheduled date for review).
  • Look up the student's assigned Accommodations Counselor and related contact information, once documentation has been reviewed.
  • Add or update contact information (on profile tab).

Students who have been previously affiliated (registered) with Disability Services will be able to:

  • Quick Register (request accommodation letters/affiliation for the current semester), if eligible.
  • Look up the student's assigned Accommodations Counselor and related contact information.
  • Add or update contact information (on profile tab).
  • Once semester renewal paperwork has been completed, students will be able to download and print off copies of their accommodation letters.

Students who use exam accommodation services in the Testing Administration Center will use the exam tab in Tracker Online application to:

  • Complete their exam/quiz schedule form, then print it to take to their instructor for signature.
  • Submit requests for changes, additions or cancellations to their current exam/quiz schedule.
  • Review their current exam/quiz schedule for exams scheduled to be taken in the Testing Administration Center.
To be able to access your Disability Services account, please Login to TRACKER Online with your NetID and password.


Individuals that have not yet begun the process of submitting documentation will not be able to access Tracker Online until their documentation has been received and a user account is created.  Before a student can request accommodation letters or other services, they must have submitted acceptable disability documentation that supports the need for accommodations.Please first review the Documentation Guidelines and submit documentation to begin the process to request accommodations.
